The project is a first part of the urban plan which involves the construction of three different types of housing: single-family and semi-detached houses arranged on one level and buildings in line with apartments on 3 floors.
In the design of the single and two-family houses, it was intended to define a unitary design through the reiteration of equal modules that overlook and delimit the internal streets with continuous wall facings but differentiated in their being both elevations of the houses and border and fence walls. This simple arrangement restores an urban perception of the internal road, also underlined by the arrangement of the vegetation which provides for an avenue of trees accompanied by evergreen hedges along the perimeter walls and street flowerbeds to design the parking spaces.
Inside the lots, the houses are arranged longitudinally in a design that has its own matrix in the relationship with the private gardens: the internal composition of the rooms is qualified by the type of facing the surrounding greenery.
