This small installation was conceived starting from the wooden structures present in the company’s buildings, which are among the oldest in the production of ham in the province of Parma.
The wooden structures are used in the factories to hang and season the renowned Parma hams.
In the setting up the structure formed by the same wooden element that repeats itself, is used to define an enclosure that defines an interior compared to an exterior and to hang the information panels.
Inside the fence there is a conversation area and a table for tasting as well as a potted oak tree, whose leaf is the symbol of the company.
